Welcome to HealingPath. By accessing or using the HealingPath mobile application, website (myhealingpath.ca), or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform. HealingPath is a wellness and support platform designed to help users track their personal wellness and sobriety, access tools and resources, and connect with therapists or support providers. HealingPath is not a crisis service and does not replace emergency care; if you are in immediate danger, you should call 911 or your local emergency services. To use the platform, you must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use HealingPath only for lawful and respectful purposes and not to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or disruptive, including attempting to interfere with the platform’s functionality or security. HealingPath provides wellness tools and access to support but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and any decisions you make based on information within the platform are your responsibility. If you engage with therapists through the platform, those services are provided independently by the therapists, and HealingPath facilitates scheduling and communication but does not guarantee outcomes. Where NIHB features are used, you agree to provide accurate information and understand that billing processes are facilitated through the platform but not guaranteed for approval. Your use of HealingPath is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected. All content, branding, and technology associated with HealingPath are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated or if the platform is misused. HealingPath is provided on an “as is” basis, and we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or outcomes related to wellness or therapy services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
